The July month awareness programme on ‘Rivers of India ‘conducted on26th July .The programme started with a prayer.
Raj Singh of class5th B was the comperer of the programme.
The comperer created interest and inquisitivity in the minds of the fellow beings through his interesting questions.

Topic- Important Educational Institutions in India
KG section of NKES celebrated White Day & Independence Day with full energy & great joy at our school premises. The Teachers & learners were dressed in white attires & few kids were dressed in tricolour attires. The classrooms were decorated with white & tricolour balloons. White objects were displayed on soft board & table. Pictures of our Great Leaders & Freedom Fighters were also placed on the soft board.
It was celebrated on 4th August 2023.Grandparents participated enthusiastically in large number. It was celebrated to show our honor n respect for the Grandparents. The highlight of the program was the padapooja of grandparents done by the students. It was mesmerizing to witness it.The dance by grandparents was mind-blowing. The students performed a skit on a theme which was apt for the occasion.
Smt.Saroja Rao -Strategic advisor of NKES was the chief guest. She was honoured by our President Shri.Parthasarathi Naik.
The Annual Van Mahotsav was organised in NKES High school for class 5 to 7 on 24 th July 2023.
The event began with a speech followed by a short film showing the emotional impact of trees in addition to the environmental role.
The adverse impact of deforestation was highlighted through a song presented by Miss Sanskrut Bhaydekar. Students prepared slogans on the occasion showing the importance of trees.
The KG section of NKES celebrated Yellow Colour Day on 28th July 2023 during the month of Shravan. Children were not only beautifully dressed in their favourite yellow attires but also brought yellow objects to make it a complete " Yellow Day".
26 July 2023: The Van Mahotsav programme was organised by the Brihan Mumbai Corporation, F/ North ward on 26th July 2023, Wednesday in the area outside the school gate. Our school children actively participated in the programme by doing digging, planting and watering the saplings. This opportunity gave them a great awareness "tree plantation".
