It was celebrated from 13th August to 15th August. Various activities like poster making, drawing, collage work, craft activities, speech, dance, etc. were conducted. Students participated enthusiastically in all the activities. Thus a feeling of patriotism was created amongst the students.
This year KG section's Independence Day celebration and White Day celebration was memorable. Many students and teachers were dressed in White attires, few students were dressed in Tricolour attires. The KG classrooms were decorated with white balloons and tricolour balloons.Teachers sang patriotic songs and other songs related to our country India. Teachers also displayed the white objects and explained the things related to white colour .
Like every year this year also the KG section of NKES celebrated Raksha Bandhan with great joy. Raksha Bandhan is one of the most endearing ways to celebrate the bond between brothers and sisters. JrKG and SrKG section conducted a "Rakhi Making" activity. Students used decorative threads, stars, mirrors, flowers and pearls for making beautiful attractive Rakhis. JrKG and SrKG students also coloured and decorated the Rakhi worksheets.Nursery was busy colouring Rakhi worksheet. All the KG section students enjoyed their activities.
NKES CCDC Yellow Colour Day Celebration (2022-23) :
Van Mahotsav is an annual tree-planting festival in India, celebrated in the first week of July. This festival has gained immense national importance and every year, millions of saplings are planted all across India, in observation of the Van Mahotsav week. NKES High School organised VanMahotsav from standard V – X with the intention to inculcate awareness about environment and its benefits. On 29th and 30th July students participated in sapling plantation with special guest Ms.
Grandparents day celebration by Primary
It was celebrated on 22/7/22.Different colours were assigned to different classes like
Std1-red
Std2-blue
Std3-green
Std4-white
Students dressed up in their class colours and enthusiastically participated in the celebration. We could see the excitement on their faces as after the pandemic this day is celebrated offline in the classes
