KG section of NKES celebrated White Day & Independence Day on 14th August 2023 with full energy & great joy at our school premises. The Teachers & learners were dressed in white attires & few kids were dressed in tricolour attires. The classrooms were decorated with white & tricolour balloons. The students were shown different white objects. Students were also asked to name different white things that they see in their surroundings. White objects were displayed on soft board & table. Pictures of our Great Leaders & Freedom Fighters were also placed on the soft board. After Flag hoisting & Parade JrKG & Nursery kids participated in singing National Anthem. SrKG kids sang Patriotic songs and poems. JrKG kids happily participated in the activity of colouring the National Flag & National Symbols with different types of painting like sponge, cotton, ear bud, finger dry chalk, fork painting, balloon dabbing, leaf impression & collage. Nursery kids were busy in cotton sticking activity on clouds & tricolour palm impression on India's flag. SrKG kids actively participated in cotton sticking activity on sheep, Thumb painting on National Flag, Saluting activity by icecream stick & paper sticking .SrKG kids were given tricolour batch as take away activity. All the KG students enjoyed the activities. There was a feeling of Pride & Patriotism in everyone's heart.
