and its spirit is always the spirit of age”
N.K.E.S.High School celebrated Samvidhan Diwas also known as Constitution Day on Saturday 25th November,2023 in school’s auditorium as it was observed that 26th November, 2023 was a Sunday.
The main objective of the program was to inculcate constitutional obligations among the students, to create awareness about constitution and to sensitize the students about importance of constitution day.
The Program commenced at 9:30 am, with welcome speech and brief introduction about making of the constitution.
Students of class VIII and IX recited the PREAMBLE OF INDIAN CONSTITUTION in 4 different languages ( ENGLISH, HINDI,MARATHI and KANNADA)
Speech was delivered for the occasion by Miss ALIKA TAJI from X-B she highlighted the significance of the day and the history of constitution day celebration.
Documentary on how Indian Constitution was structured was also shown to the students.
The school’s Supervisor Mr. Prakashchandra addressed the students and shared unknown facts and features of our Indian Constitution.
Overall the program was extremely informative and interesting. Students understood the importance of the constitution day.
