The National Kannada Education Society organized Annual Sports Meet on 9th December 2023. The annual sports day event, held at NKES Ground and Auditorium, it was a thrilling display of athleticism and sportsmanship. Our School, Headmistress Smt. UMA MAHESHWARI addressed the Students to motivate them. She welcomed and felicitated The Chief Guest. Mr. PRAKASH JAWLE with Guard of Honour. Thereafter Lighting of the Torch was done by the Students who have achieved a great position in sports and in academics. Oath taking ceremony was done by the Four different House (RED, YELLOW ,BLUE AND GREEN) Captains Chief Guest for the day Mr. Prakash Jawle addressed the children shared his experience regarding the sports and various games motived the children to participate actively in sports. The enthusiasm was palpable as the athletes geared up for a day of intense competition. The team events were fiercely contested, with participants displaying exceptional teamwork and strategic prowess. The players exhibited great sportsmanship and showcased their technical abilities in games like KABADDI, THROW BALL, VOLLEY BALL. Individual games like SHOTPUT, LONG JUMP, 100m SPRINT RACE, BOOK BALANCING, SKIPPING. The sports day was a resounding success, celebrating the spirit of competition, camaraderie, and personal growth. It provided a platform for athletes to showcase their talent, break records, and inspire others with their achievements. The event left a lasting impression on participants and spectators alike, reminding everyone of the power of sports to bring people together and foster a sense of unity.
